There is a science behind an healthy body-mind to which I have been attracted for many years. It has been a passion as well as quest for me to find that connection.

I always felt compelled to sort through all the information I collected in the field of nutrition, and healthcare in general and doing so has given me the opportunity to create true health for myself, my family and friends through networking with a panel of experts.
