DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO IMPROVE THEIR TENNIS SERVE?
My friend and colleague LISA DODSON is announcing the arrival of The Total Serve
As a formerly world ranked player and teaching veteran Lisa understands the difficulties of the most complex stroke in the game of tennis: THE SERVE.
As a result Lisa has developed and patented THE TOTAL SERVE to help tennis players of ALL levels improve their serve and overhead motions.
Below is my tennis client Senator Joseph Tydings giving thumbs up for The Total Serve.
THE TOTAL SERVE will:
Help you develop a rhythmic and powerful tennis serve motion with LESS EFFORT
Eliminate "hitches" in your service motion
Teach you spiral diagonal rotation ESSENTIAL for efficient service or "throwing" motion
Help you maintain your "continental" grip
Train beginners on the basic form for the service motion
Enable "power" for the serve through momentum and acceleration
Build "muscle memory" through repetition to form your ideal serve
Keep those nagging and painful injuries away!
THE TOTAL SERVE is:
A FUN way to practice your serve
Portable and can be used as a practice device at home or on court
A confidence builder
A stretching and strengthening device
An extremely patient practice or warm-up partner
What you need to develop the serve of your dreams!
The Total Serve Junior, is available now.
Lisa has designed a new version specifically with children in mind. The Total Serve Junior package includes a USTA 10 and under 23 inch Total Serve and a standard 25 inch Total Serve for Juniors. The Total Serve Junior is for youth players who are already using full sized rackets, but require a lighter version of the adult Total Serve.
“Children ages 4-10 are just learning how to throw. We can’t expect them to toss a ball, swing a racket and connect with any skill. It’s much easier for them to learn the parts and put them together, so let’s teach them the correct “hitting” motion first,” says Lisa. "The serve can be so frustrating for kids and a real fun killer."
The Total Serve Junior is recommended for junior tennis players ages 4-10 (depending upon the size and strength of the child). Generally if they are using a 19”-25” junior racket this is the right choice for them! It is the perfect tool to quickly ingrain stroke production and timing. Because it is sized and weighted for smaller, weaker individuals it is ideal for maximum stroke repetition and strength building.
